June 16, 2018 - On Friday evening Clay Fisher had plans to attend the Clash at the Mag at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) but issues with his hauler prevented it from making it out. Joining the 28-car field on Saturday, Fisher rolled off on the tail of his B-Main for one shot at the $20,000-to-win A-Main. Needing to place in the Top 4, Clay Jumped up three spot to place 7th but fell short of a transfer spot.

June 9, 2018 - On Saturday night Clay Fisher was one of 18 Super Late Models signed in at Jackson Motor Speedway (Byram, Mississippi) for the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) sanctioned Summer Sizzler 40. Following the fastest time overall in qualifying, Fisher streaked to a dash victory positioning him on the pole for the $2,500-to-win A-Main. After losing the lead late to Chris Wall, Fisher made one last charge for the lead on the final lap but came up short trailing Wall across the finish line with Neil Baggett, Michael Arnold, and Brian Rickman completing the Top-5 finishers. May 12, 2018 - Clay Fisher returned with the COMP Cam Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) on Friday evening at Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi) for the $2,000 top prize. In a field of 22 Super Late Models, Fisher followed up the fourth fastest time overall in qualifying with a 2nd place finish in his heat behind Brian Rickman. The following night at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi), Fisher timed in 11th fastest in qualifying but failed to complete a lap in both in his heat race and B-Main ending his night early.

May 5, 2018 - Saturday night brought Clay Fisher to Ark-La-Tex Speedway (Vivian, Louisiana) for the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) sanctioned Pelican 50. With 20 Super Late Models on hand, Fisher timed in fourth fastest overall in qualifying before placing 4th in his heat race. Earning the 10th-starting position for the $4,000-to-win A-Main, Clay ran into mechanical issues before the start of the 40-lapper preventing him from making it out.

April 28, 2018 - Making his first start of the season with the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series, Clay Fisher visited Batesville Motor Speedway (Batesville, Arkansas) on Saturday night for the $2,000 top prize. On Saturday night Clay headed to Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi) for the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) sanctioned program. Earning the 4th-starting position for the $2,500-to-win A-Main via preliminary events, Fisher was running in 2nd and had his eyes on the leader until dropping back to a 4th on a late-race restart. Battling for a Top-5 finish late, Clay was taken out by another competitor dropping him back to a 16th place outing.

March 24, 2018 - Friday night found Clay Fisher in action at Columbus Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) for the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series sanctioned Mud Bug Classic. Earning the 14th-starting spot for the $2,000-to-win A-Main via preliminary events, Fisher passed five cars in the 30-lapper to place 9th.

The following night at Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi), Clay recorded the seventh fastest time in qualifying before placing 6th in his B-Main. Rolling off 19th for the feature, Fisher dropped back to a 20th place outing after bringing out a caution on lap-20.

March 17, 2018 - Clay Fisher made the trip to Jackson Motor Speedway (Byram, Mississippi) on Saturday evening kicking of the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) season. With 21 Super Late Models registered in for action, Fisher recorded the ninth fastest time in qualifying locking his spot into the $2,500-to-win A-Main. After a mix-up with race officials pushed Clay back to the 14th-starting position, Fisher improved ten spots in the 40-lap affair to place 4th behind Tyler Erb, Tommy Surrett, and Chad Thrash with Dean Carpenter coming in 5th. December 16th, 2017 - Wrapping up the 2017 season, Clay Fisher headed to The Dome at America’s Center (St. Louis, Missouri) on Thursday night for the second annual VP Racing Fuels Gateway Dirt Nationals. Splitting the field of 94 Super Late Models into two separate groups for qualifying, Fisher logged the 23rd fastest time earning him the 6th-starting position for his heat race on Friday.

Transferring the Top 2 into the $5,000-to-win preliminary feature, Fisher logged an 8th place outing sending him into the B-Main. Returning on Saturday for one final shot at the $30,000-to-win finale, Fisher rolled off 7th for his 12-lap B-Main. Sending the Top 2 into the main event, Clay wheeled his way into a podium spot but fell one position short of transferring with a 3rd place finish.

November 4th, 2017 - Friday night found Clay Fisher in action at Jackson Motor Speedway (Byram, Mississippi) for the All American 60. With 27 Super Late Models on hand for the two-day event, Fisher fell short of a transfer spot in his heat but captured a B-Main victory earning him the 17th-starting position for the feature on Saturday. With $7,500 on the line, Clay fell two positions in the 60-lap affair logging a 19th place outing.

October 28th, 2017 - Kicking off the 23rd annual Coors Light Fall Classic, Clay Fisher headed to Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi) on Friday night for the unsanctioned weekend. In a field of 42 Super Late Models, Fisher held his spot for all 10-laps in his heat race logging a 7th place finish. Needing a 4th place finish or better in his B-Main on Saturday to make the $15,000-to-win A-Main, Clay came up one spot short with a 5th place outing.

October 7th, 2017 - On Friday night Clay Fisher returned to Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi) for the 11th annual Gumbo Nationals. Drawing 35 Super Late Models for the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) sanctioned weekend, Fisher logged a 5th place finish in his heat race transferring him into the B-Main on Saturday night. Sending the Top 3 into the $10,000-to-win A-Main, Clay slipped back to a 8th place outing ending his weekend early.

June 30th, 2017 - Clay Fisher made his first start of the season on Friday night piloting the Fisher Transportation #99 Super Late Model at Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi) for the COMP Camps Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) sanctioned program. With 31 cars registered in for battle, Fisher held his spot in his 8-lap heat to place 5th, transferring him into the B-Main. Needing a 2nd place finish or better to make the opening night feature, Clay was making his move towards the front until he suffered a broken right-front tire rod after scrapping the turn 4 wall. As he was coming to a stop, another competitor smashed into Fisher’s car from behind destroying the #99 machine. Able to walk away uninjured from the scary collision, Clay’s weekend came to an abrupt and disappointing end.

January 24th, 2017 - Traveling to 21 events during the 2016 campaign, Clay Fisher posted six Top 10 finishes. Losing six of his scheduled dates to bad weather, Fisher landed two Top 5 finishes. He also finished the season 11th in the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) point standings.
